US-062 - Put the delivery managers in a Crew Leads group¶
As a planner, I want every delivery manager in one Crew Leads group, so that I share the installation plans once instead of person by person.
Acceptance criteria:
- A Crew Leads public group holding every delivery manager
- The crew capacity recalculated once after the deployment
